On Saturday 12th November Odyssey BJJ head coach Michael Russell visited Cork City to teach a seminar to the guys and girls at Samson Martial Arts.
Organised by Odyssey Black Belt coach Kieran O’Brien and Brown belt coach Karol Krykwinski - this was the first time Michael been to the cork gym since late 2019. A great time was had by all, and the next visit is already being planned
